PX2
Growing up is full of challenges, contradictions and pressures. Career choices are no longer simple. Traditional industries are dissapearing, while new ones arrive demanding greater skills from employees. Immediate employment out of college is no longer a "done deal". Because of these changing times the Pacific Institute has created PX2 to help young poeple recognise that they do have choices in life. by understanding the way the human mind works, how their current beliefs and attitudes shape their expectations for the future, our youth learn that they are in control of the way they think, and can use that power to change the way they live their lives. PX2 teaches the art of science and goal setting, combined with a thorough understanding of just how we think, so that our youth come away with self confidence, self esteem and a strong ethical centre.
Perceptions
Involve have been trained to deliver the Perceptions programmes in schools and work with young people at risk of far right views. The programme myth busts and informs with regard to the word 'race', its place in history, its seriousness and the significant role in plays today, making use of real life examples and factual evidence.
Reintegration Support
Involve believes the best place for the majority of young people is mainstream school. We are committed to reintegrating the young people who we have supported offsite back into mainstream school successfullly. our reintegration programme allows the Involve team to provide one to one support during the school day to ensure a successful transition.
